Ive used H301, 301z and 301T except 301X which I believe maybe a waste. Nevertheless I will give a review based on my experience with all 3.
If you want speed 301T. If you want control 301 and 301z are quite similar in this department. 301T feels more stiff and harder hence the speed. The short game and touch shots all feel very similar which I feel is due to the fact that these are inner carbon layer blades. But if youre looking for the blade that has the least rebound on touch shots I would say 301. 301z was most pleasant for myself in short game and blocking as I felt it was easier to execute variation in blocks and short game. Have to use a little more care with 301T in short game. Smashing 301T wins in this department. 301T has more threatening loops. All 3 blades have great looping capabilities. I felt that due to speed, 301T loops to under spin were more threatening. 301z would follow after with loop then 301 ranked last in drives and smashes. Smashing from far 301T wins in this department also. Conclusion: various rubbers on these blades make different experiences. I almost always use a fully extended arm when executing forehand drive. I use DHS skyline series as a Cpen player. If using skyline series you really have to close the angle of the blade and get low centre of gravity land balls on the table. Hurricane 3 would most likely be the easier option to adjust as a forehand rubber for this blade. You need the control. This is my rating of the blades. 1=301T 2=301z 3=301. 301 has the least speed and too much flex to make threatening shots. 301z is the medium of the two but i feel still doesnt cut it if your feeling to improve speed. 301T is the champion of the 3. It feels like an external carbon blade when hit at distance.
Heres another review I agree with: https://www.tabletennisday.com/review/dhs-hurricane-301-series.html

have not tried other models of DHS 301. Very high control. The speed is fine. The quality of my spins and shots has improved a lot with this blade. I use Tibhar k3 in Fh and Victas ventus extra bh. Blocks, shots are incredibly fast and controlled. Now I can easily beat many players I couldn't beat.

Simply wow. Felt better than hl5 ,maybe touch slower but very aggressive blade with extra high control. Ticks all the boxes for a spin oriented player . Looping is easy as anything. I am able to smash confidently aswell which is a usually hard to do well on a looping blade. The handle is a big improvement from the original h301, it much better and more of a European type on H301T . I Have 301 and this 301T is my new favourite, the build quality is very good too.
