Great Rubber. Untypically I use it for forehand 2.2 Thickness. Control is great, Spin is great. Top Spins are more uncontrollable for opponents.
The grade of tackiness allows also very solid defense play. For me it is a great all round rubber.

2.1 black. Great tackiness and soft sponge. Used it in a OFF+ Blade and got lots of speed but little control, so i switch it to a ALL+ Blade for more control.

It's quite sensitive to incoming spin and the throw angle is low, so a proper brush technique is required.

The topsheet is fragile, and collects a lot of dust , proper care is a must (cleaning liquid + protective sheet)

As mentioned, it's extremely loud, recommended for Forehand loops and topspins, hitting flat will cause the sponge to become dead over time.

I have the Black MAX Soft Rubber. This rubber looks and feels in the hand almost identical to Neo Skyline TG- 3. Even weight seems identical. The play is same as Neo Skyline TG3. Rubber not too sensitive to incoming spin. But not very lively or spinny at all.
Chop rallies are a failure but give adequate control. Active chopping requires very soft touch and medium pushes else it ends up netting the ball. Serving has enough spin but not amazing. Top-spin and counter-topspin work close and mid-table only. Blocking / Push / Drive is ok. I wanted a softer version of Neo Skyline TG2 and got a very very poor quality product that looks like last generation repackaged rubber.

This is it for any Chinese rubber expectations. If players want good Chinese rubbers, better look to LKT ( KTL ) or Dawei or some other rubber company. Else buy the older versions of the DHS rubbers. Even 729 Friendship is a better rubber even without boosting than this.

The best compliment I can give this rubber, is that for me it plays very similar to Tenergy 05-FX. It took me many months and considerable improvement in my game to be able to optimize the use of the Tenergy 05-FX (the Tenergy 05 is too uncontrollable and too "unforgiving" for me). And then I tried the DHS Skyline 3-60 Soft! I've been using it for over a month now (both sides) and the tackiness is over half gone. It's not exactly the same as T 05-FX, but I can use the same strokes to get the same results. And I win the same number of points against my usual practice partners/opponents as I do with the T 05-FX. It's still a bit of a mystery to me how and why, but it's a good mystery, given the less-than-half price ratio!
