Coming from the Codexx SuperSelect 53, I was excited to try this rubber. Unfortunately, expectation did not meet reality. The rubber is clearly harder and tackier than the SuperSelect version, and you can see that when playing with it. The rubber is extremely spinny, and possibly faster than the SuperSelect version. However, the problem with the rubber is consistency and control. Shots I could routinely make with the SuperSelect were flying off the table or into the net with this version. I tried hard to adjust my grip, racket angle, following through more almost to the point of exaggeration, but nothing seemed to make much of a difference. I put a solid 3 or 4 hours on it to get the rubber to open up a bit more but the results were the same. I may just not have precise enough technique to use this, but the SuperSelect 53 is much easier to use and it matches, if not exceeds the performance of the EF Pro 54. Tested on Aruna Hinoki Carbon.

First impression: This is a great spin drive and looping rubber. I wonder why this is slept on. Topsheet looks durable, and it has so many gears! You have to use proper technique if you want to unleash its spin potential, and if you did, man, it is very rewarding. Spin is out of this world, much spinnier than Bluegrip C1. I have to play it more so I can get more info in this but really impressed with this rubber.
