I really like the sponge hardness on my backhand with Dignics 09C on the forehand on a Fan Zhendong ALC and a DHS Hurricane King (Wang Chuqin's bat). Personally I find it really satisfying to use and even though the sponge hardness is quite high, I don't feel it. I think this is because probably the pimples inside are quite long giving it a softer feeling, and also probably because of the thick sponge of 2.3mm. The feeling has good control with a good touch play to it as well. Compared to Tenergy 05, it is better at touch play, a little bit faster, the the catapult effect isn't as strong. Compared to Dignics 05, it feels slightly harder but not as hard as Dignics 09C. In Butterfly measuring hardness scale, I would rate it a 42-43. Now about the durability, the durability lasts longer than average but not as long as Butterfly rubbers.
The consistency is not bad, but because of the harder sponge, it is slightly harder to get on point, though personally I like harder rubbers on my bat. The tackiness is pretty much non existent but it is still pretty spinny and sticky surprisingly.

Perfect rubber. Great speed-spin-control . Th best rubber for forhand for me.
Stiga's best rubber yet! Using on my FH (XH, 2.3mm, Black) w D09C (2.1mm, red) on a Butterfly Harimoto Innerforce ZLC. This rubber plays like a beast, similar to T05H but with more speed during play and more spin on service. But the speed on service of T05H is unbeatable (see my review for that rubber). The price is very attractive for this quality but TBH I would rather go for a XIOM Vega X because the price tag and quality difference are far out. The spin can be generated easily with just a wrist/ forearm acceleration, and this rubber can also help you get back into a rally after fishing a few balls. It sometimes does feel inconsistent but maybe that's because you haven't got used to this rubber yet. This rubber does lack in a bit of control and it is speedy and hard to tame.... so, I don't recommend it for beginners or lower intermediates (sorry I don't use USATT but everyone else does so maybe ask them...) Hope this helps and keep ponging!
Viscaria (86g) + DNA XH 2.3mm red (52g - hardness 52.5) + D05 2.1 black (48.5g). I will say that it is the best forehand rubber I ever tried. Simply perfect ! Counter, smash, chop, serve, block, short push, heavy spin, fast top spin, everything is really fine. It is a very good surprise. Easy to spin against choppers, and easy to smash when needed. It quite closed to D09C, but effortless. I tried many rubbers for FH in max or 2.1mm (D09C, D05, D80, Quantum X, Fastarc G1, T05, T80, H3, ...) but I will continue with DNA XH max , because the capabilities and variety or play (gears) of/with this rubber are very impressive and correspond to my agressive/allround game. Thank you Stiga ! It is 52g in red, for max thickness, it is a bit heavy compared to D09C, but the sponge is thicker. And this makes a big difference of feeling, spin and speed. It is also a quite "linear" rubber like D09C or H3. But D09C demands more effort, and H3 needs complex boosting. However DNA XH, as it is, with 1.5g of glue, it is just perfect ! I don't feel a very high hardness, but this might be due to the thick sponge 2.3mm.
