Decent speed but can lack of it away from the table: you have to really impact the ball in order to complete your stroke, but doesn't need enromous effort either by any means. Closer to the table the blade's speed is completely fine and more than sufficient. The feel is clearly woody as you can except from an all wood blade, but it feels somehow less stiff than carbon blades and Clipper wood, that can you make relate a little to the feel you get with softer 5-ply woods.Indeed there is some flex that gives you a clear and precise feedback of the ball/racket impact. The control is really impressive, especially for blocks and orienting the ball's placement. I recommend
