Tried this (unglued) on a couple of different blades, all in the Off-/Off category. As advertised, the sponge is soft and bouncy, with quite a bit of mechanical spin. Dwell time is high, but very blade-dependent. On a Hunter Power Touch blade, hang time was good. However, the part that was annoying was the very low throw angle which made looping underspin a nightmare. Conversely, counter looping/blocking loops was easy. All depends on what you're looking for; I was looking for an upgrade from Mark V rubbers but this didn't fit the specs.
Update: Tried the max version on a Nittaku blade (hard/stiff). Big difference. Counter driving away from the table was great with a nice arc and good dwell time, but near the table wasn't as good. Makes sense since spin is all mechanical and sponge is on the softer side so the ball needs to bury itself in the sponge for max effect. Throw angle is low.
