Yeah, I played with a bomb just to test it recently and it was definately faster and stiffer. Especially if you don't have time or space to take a big swing. On medium range the 896 spring kicks in and the bomb begins to fade. To me the bomb has a better touch in the short game as far as pushing and hitting. The 896 is better for flipping, rolling backspin, slow looping. |
