straight arm = bad,doesnt "feel" natural because you have to bring the entire elbow and arm up on the swing from a.....lazy position i guess i can put it(like falling asleep and getting up in the morning...takes too much effort to do so),tends to swing too much shoulder and power,therefore not giving alot of consistancy

just keep the elbow slightly bent,to feel natural and loose
