You've just described about every chinese long pip. You can get most with sponge for $10 and without sponge (called "OX") for $5.50.

755 will be more for hitting than chopping, as will most chinese long pips. For chopping you'll want a very soft pips. They're a little harder to come by in chinese makes. I don't want to recommend other brands on this forum though that megaspin doesn't carry.
