I have a question: Would table tennis'"V-Grip" be similar to the regular tenis' "Western Grip" -- in the way that the hand/knuckles are at the bottom of the grip for a forehand stroke? I have heard just a bit about the experimental "V-Grip" for table tennis. I do not know which side of the face the ball should be contacted for the forehand side, however. Is the V-Grip similar to the Western grip? |
