Yasaka Rakza Z
For the first time in the RAKZA series, the top sheet has stickiness by employing a new production method. The result is a surface with exceptional grip, enabling phenomenal spin. The result enables you to make strong spin with a very high arc. Serves and short returns are both precise and sharp. The RAKZA Z rubbers are made for attacking players, both close to the table and from half distance.

Serve receive is also great, however with very passive receive the ball pops up, so some wrist movement or spin neutralization technique (this is also very easy with this rubber) is needed due to the rubbers sensitivity to incoming spin.
Drives are a bit tricky to get used to, it's pretty difficult to drive the ball without putting spin on it and also this rubber has a very high throw angle, so the racket angle needs to be adjusted when smashing winners and the timing has to be almost perfect.
In my experience the older the rubber, the more sticky it becomes (stickiness is very weak in the first 7-10 days, after that period it comes out). I sometimes test the stickiness with trying to push on top of the ball with the rubber and one time it was stuck for like 10 seconds on the topsheet (this was after like 1-2 months of using), so very sticky.
I am playing this on Victas SWAT 7ply blade on FH and BH. The second rubber I have ever used on FH and I don't think I will try anything different soon, this rubber is just perfect fit for me. My playstyle is offensive, oriented around brushing the ball as much as possible, so I don't hit straight on very often.
I used to try many different rubbers on BH and none of them really clicked with me. After replacing my old FH rakza Z with new one I decided to glue the old one on BH (never really tried it on BH before) and it instantly became clear that this is my winner. My BH playstyle is based around short controlled strokes, blocks and banana flicks.
I would recommend this rubber to anyone from beginner to advanced player. If your focus is putting as much spin on the ball with proper brushing strokes you won't regret buying this. Works on both FH and BH.
But i never sell this rubber, in 2026 when i change my blade to Andro Synteliac ZCI, my old forehand rubber (Friendship Battle 2) does not suitable in Andro Synteliac ZCI. Luckily i remember still have Rakza Z, so i glue the rubber to ZCI and it work well for my forehand.
i think Synteliac ZCI need Medium or soft rubber and does not work well with Hard Rubber.
