Butterfly Lin Yun-Ju Super ZLC Detailed Review

The Blade Used By Lin Yun-Ju

The Super ZL Carbon equipped racket, which is woven with Carbon and ZL fiber at high density, is characterized by good momentum that draws out the power of hitting balls and stability due to a wide high repulsion area.

Lin Yun-Ju, a rising star in Chinese Taipei with his unique shot feeling, makes full use of this power-oriented racket with high vibration characteristics to produce sharp ‘chiquita’ backhands and high-quality counters.

His favorite color on the grip and the wing mark made up of the acronym of the name make you feel youthful and future success.

FAQ: Does Megaspin sell Japan-made Butterfly blades?

Some Butterfly blades like Korbel and Grubba are produced in factories both in Europe and in Japan, so they exist in 2 variants. When a Japanese blade has a Europe-made version, we always carry the Japanese variant. Other blades like Butterfly Timo Boll Offensive are only made in China so we cannot carry a Japanese variant of these blades.

FAQ: Do Butterfly blades come pre-sealed?

All Butterfly blades come pre-sealed from the factory. There is no need to add blade sealing but you may if you require additional protection.

Reviews of Butterfly Lin Yun-Ju Super ZLC (11)

Mine 86g, test with Dignics 80, 64 and 09c. So I would say the speed is far below ZJKszlc. Sometimes i feel my friend 90g viscaria+Xiom omega 4 are faster and louder sound on drive hit. Yes, weight matter.

Comparing to normal viscaria,
Lyjszlc less feeling, less vibrate, small pitch sound, high reaction on slow hit, high rebound on slow hit, hollow soft feeling on full power loop, it kill spin on full power drive, and lower throw angle. Its like a blade more to drive attack with a lot control on full power hit. Its does not feel like viscaria the looping blade, viscaria seem to more high spin high throw angle. Pairing Lyj with harder sponge and high spin tensor like Dignics 05, Nittaku G1 or Xiom Omega will be more effective for spin generate, faster and lower throw.

I'm an equipment seller, I play table tennis since 2001 and I love chinese drive loop. In my experience, there is no best equipment, the right training makes the setup match your playing style.

Great blade, similar to zhang jike super zlc, but lighter, mine is 78 grams, a bit slower, but with higher control, still medium throw angle-laser accuracy-speciality of super zlc blades, nice control, works great with heavy tacky little slow rubbers, for advanced players who dont care about high price for this blade.

Perfecto

My blade is 80g FL, with dignics 09c 2.1mm on both sides, which adds up to a 179g racket.
Centre of gravity slightly shifted towards the handle, which makes it feel easily light if not paired with heavier rubbers. It is a blade for near the table manoeuvres, countering and flicking. Very large sweet spot with no vibration almost. It's the kind of blade that takes getting used to and doesn't necessarily make you feel like you're ripping very powerful forehands or producing tremendous amounts of spin, yet your balls somehow do hand on the opponent's side with formidable spin and speed.

I use this fantastic blade with 09c on FH (2.1mm) and t19 on BH (2.1mm). I cant say that this blade goes well with all hard rubbers. But it goes well with rubbers like 09c but not hurricane or sanwei target. This blade is the first reason that I choose to use t19 on BH. It is light, fast, and when you block your opponents ball it comes back right back at them immediately and its quite effortless for you to block well. Passive blocking to short table is a bit hard when the ball speed is already fast, but it is quite easy to add a kick on your block just with a light flick. Great manouverability and this blade is definitely stronger for backhand so I see why it was named after LIN yun ju
