Generally most wood blades are soft or medium.Carbon is always hard unless mixed ex.carbon arylate.Hinoki and cypress are the same they are fast but soft feel. Limba is medium and considered great for looping.Koto is medium and good for looping/attacking.willow is for defense and soft. The softer the more time the ball stays on the blade(dwell time)Harder is less dwell but faster .Carbon is like slate. |
